Senior Strategic Project Manager - Bilingue

Room4 Media is a creative agency and currently hiring for a fully bilingual Strategic Project Manager who will be responsible for managing multi-channel campaign projects, cultivating strong client relationships, driving project progress through status meetings, and seamlessly coordinating with the Account Director and Creative team.  This role requires an individual combining strong marketing and project management skills. 

What you will do:

Day to day

• Engage in active client interaction, taking briefs and asking crucial questions for project success. 
• Manage multiple projects focusing on CRM client asset.
• Collaborate with the Account Director and Creative team, ensuring projects on scope and time.
• Assign, prioritize, and manage resources, both internal and external.
• Exhibit global connectivity and coordination, effectively managing stakeholders and project approvals adeptly as liaising with the production team.
• Conduct regular status meetings, providing project updates and ensuring progress. 
• Help in setup and support of direct mail and SMS campaigns

Creative Development Process: 

• Collaborate with the internal team throughout the creative process from brief to release.
• Take in client feedback and make key decisions and recommendations for the best way forward.
• Support the creative team, willing to take risks to uncover unique opportunities for brands. 

Project finance & admin

• Open jobs, produce estimates and purchase orders and manage billing and reconciliation.
• Maintain and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope for assigned brands.
• Comfortably discuss and back scope-based projects into budgets with clients. 

What you need:

• 3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing firm, or client-side working in a client-facing capacity, from handling client queries to taking full and conclusive briefs. 
• Fluent in English(Written and conversational.
• Good knowledge of excel for customer data management
• Familiarity with various martech tools and solutions.
• Proven experience managing multichannel campaign projects, ensuring they are on strategy, on time, and within budget. 
• Experience with direct mail and SMS campaign
