Sales Executive - Creative services outsourcing

Room4 Teams offers subscription-based design and video production services to brands and businesses across the globe.


We are seeking a fully bilingual sales executive to scale our outbound sales and ABM efforts to acquire new clients.


Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of experience selling outsourced services and make first contacts with c-suite marketers and creative directors through cold calling, emailing and other sales strategies.


Your success in this role will depend on how well you can effectively establish contact with target accounts, build relationships, and turn these target accounts into paying customers for our monthly or quarterly subscriptions.


What you'll be doing:

  • Creating introductions to new prospects unfamiliar with us through cold-calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Using your creativity and critical thinking skills to craft compelling messages and touchpoints that convert intent signals into meaningful conversations
  • Scheduling discovery calls with the correct point of contact within prospective companies.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Representing our brand on social media platforms and establishing yourself as a guide in the marketing and design field.


What you’ll need to be the ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a selling tech, creative or digital outsourcing services. 
  • Proven track record in outbound selling that can initiate commercial interactions and turn them into clients.
  • English verbal and written communication skills are required to confidently speak with and pitch to executive management.
  • Leverage digital tools to search for prospects, get in touch with them and uncover opportunities.
