We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with at least 4 years of experience in developing and executing paid advertising campaigns on social media (Meta, Linkedin) & Google. English proficiency and proven experience are required. Candidates preferably need to be available for an immediate start.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display ads).
- Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis using digital marketing tools.
- Monitor budget and adjust bids on different ad platforms to optimize ROI.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to assess performance and identify issues.
- Produce detailed reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay current with the latest paid media trends and technologies.
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously while optimizing towards individual performance goals.
- Test the performance of ad creative, landing page design, beta opportunities, and other campaign elements to improve results.
- Posting and distributing content on a variety of online channels.Social media monitoring, trends, and advertising opportunity tracking.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing agency experience in the following areas: Inbound marketing, paid social media and search advertising campaign execution.
- Self-starter and can work with minimum supervision.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Good knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing.
All candidates need to be able to present proof of their marketing track record during their first interview. Interviews will be held in both Spanish and English.
