Marketing Account Executive - bilingüe

Summary:

Room4 Media is a creative agency and currently hiring for a fully bilingual Marketing Account Executive who will be responsible for managing a small marketing team, nurturing client relationships, guiding them through our offerings, and identifying opportunities to grow our business. 

This role requires an individual combining strong marketing, paid advertising, and martech knowledge with excellent client-facing skills. Agency experience is required.

What you will do:

Client Management & Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.

• Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges, and align our services to achieve their goals.

• Address client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Proposal Development & Upselling:

• Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients that showcase our agency's capabilities.

• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and propose suitable solutions.

• Lead and coordinate RFP (Request For Proposal) processes, from inception to delivery.

Strategy & Planning:

• Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing strategies tailored to client needs.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing, advertising, and martech to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

• Oversee the implementation of client marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines are met, and objectives are achieved.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead the marketing accounts team, providing mentorship, training, and support.

• Facilitate collaboration between the accounts team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Performance Analysis:

• Regularly review campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

• Monitor team performance, ensuring that client expectations and targets are met.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, communications or a related field. 

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Written and conversational)

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a client-facing role within a marketing or creative agency.

• Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms and techniques.

• Familiarity with various martech tools and solutions.

• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client relationships.

• Ability to lead and inspire a small team, fostering a collaborative environment.
