At Room4 Media, we are a creative agency working with brands across B2B industries to deliver strategic content, marketing, and audiovisual production. We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who can own our talent lifecycle,  from recruitment and onboarding through performance reviews and career growth. You’ll work closely with our Studio Manager and leadership team to ensure we have the right people with the right skills & culture fit in the right roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead talent acquisition: publish vacancies, review CVs/portfolios, run interviews, test English, and present candidates to clients.

  • Manage onboarding and compliance: documentation, systems updates, EPS/ARL/pension processes, and induction.

  • Run talent reviews and career planning to support growth and performance.

  • Track contracts, vacations, permits, and utilization to keep everything organized.

  • Support workplace culture: resolve issues, follow up on improvement plans, and strengthen engagement.

  • Act as a client-facing HR partner during recruitment and outsourced team discussions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) - you’ll lead interviews in English and liaise with international clients.

  • Experience in the creative or agency industry (production, marketing, digital, or similar).

  • Hands-on knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.

  • Strong organizational skills - you can manage details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

  • Excellent communication and people skills - diplomatic, approachable, and professional.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with Colombian labor compliance (EPS, ARL, etc.).

  • HR certifications or formal training.

  • Experience with HRIS, project management, or collaboration tools.
