Digital Marketing Executive

Room4 Media is currently seeking a Bilingual Digital Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. As a DME, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing inbound marketing strategies, paid advertising campaigns on social media & Google. English proficiency and proven experience are required. Candidates preferably need to be available for an immediate start.


What you will do:

  • Content Ideation & Production Coordination & Distribution

  • Ability to do research for market analysis and audience research

  • Buyer’s personas and buyer’s journey mapping

  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics.

  • Implement and set up content on Paid Media Channels

  • Monitor and develop dashboards for Paid Media Campaigns with optimization to meet KPIs

  • Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including websites, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

  • Email Marketing (Newsletters and Automation): Develop engaging email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated workflows, and targeted email sequences.

  • Analyze email campaign performance, optimize results, and implement A/B testing to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Optimize existing blog posts for search engines

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics

  • Posting and distributing content on a variety of online channels.

  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance positioning

  • Brainstorm and propose creative advertising strategies

  • Design and implement nurturing campaigns to engage and educate leads, moving them through the sales funnel.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative content ideas that align with our brand, our client’s brand, and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to adapt marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and sales materials, to effectively support their efforts.


Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing/media agencies.

  • Ability to implement and monitor Paid media content.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and convey ideas effectively both in Spanish and English.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative marketing strategies.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
