Creative Project Manager (Bilingual)

Bogotá, Bogotá, Colombia
Full Time

About the role

Room4 Media is a B2B creative production agency. We make video, branding, websites, and creative content for international clients.

You will own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end. That means you are the person the client talks to, and you are also the person who makes the internal production team deliver on time and to standard. Both sides of that job carry equal weight here.

This is a senior role. You will price work, negotiate with suppliers, set project budgets, flag risk before it becomes a problem, and hold the line on our delivery process. You will not be handed a task list. You will build it.

What you will own

Client ownership

  • Run multiple active client accounts as the main point of contact.

  • Send weekly progress updates without being asked for them.

  • Chase client feedback and keep projects moving when clients go quiet.

  • Lead kick-off meetings, presentations and project reviews.

  • Handle scope questions and change requests, and say no when the answer is no.

Production management

  • Brief and coordinate designers, animators, video editors, web developers, QA testers and freelance suppliers.

  • Set schedules across pre-production, production and post-production, and hold the team to them.

  • Review every deliverable before the client sees it. Nothing goes out unchecked.

  • Run website projects from wireframe through design, development, QA and launch.

Commercial control

  • Prepare estimates, quotations and proposals, including pricing.

  • Request, review and negotiate supplier and freelancer quotes.

  • Track project budgets and flag overruns early.

  • Trigger billing at the right milestones and record sales accurately.

  • Prepare and manage change orders when scope moves.

Process and quality

  • Follow our documented delivery process. We keep written SOPs for onboarding, project setup, client updates, scope change, billing and project close, and we expect them to be used.

  • Keep project data current in Teamwork so anyone can see status without asking you.

  • Improve the process where it is weak, and write the improvement down so the next person inherits it.

What we need from you

  • 5+ years managing projects, with at least 3 in a creative, digital, marketing or production agency.

  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken. You will write client-facing emails and proposals in both.

  • Proven experience running website projects: corporate sites, landing pages, microsites. You understand wireframes, UX/UI, front-end and back-end handoffs, QA and deployment well enough to challenge a developer's timeline.

  • Working knowledge of video and animation production, from brief through post-production.

  • Experience pricing work and managing budgets, not just tracking them.

  • Comfort managing people you do not line-manage, including freelancers in other time zones.

  • A track record of following and improving documented processes. If you prefer to work by instinct and reinvent the approach each time, this is the wrong role.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Based in Colombia, ideally Bogotá.

What will make you stand out

  • Experience with international clients across time zones.

  • You have run handovers, offboarding, or account transitions cleanly.

  • You have built or rewritten an SOP that a team actually used.

  • You are comfortable creating and using AI agents.

  • Familiarity with Teamwork, Slack, Dropbox, or similar.

How we work

We are diligent about consistency. Every client gets the same standard of communication, the same quality checks, and the same delivery process, whether the project is a landing page or a multi-language video series. That consistency is our product as much as the creative work is.

You will have real authority over your accounts and real accountability for them. You will report directly to the CEO.

Practical details

  • Contract: full-time employment contract, Colombian labour law.

  • Work model: hybrid in Bogotá. We will consider other arrangements for the right candidate.

  • Start: immediate or short notice preferred.
