CLIENT SERVICES DELIVERY MANAGER

Room4 Media is a strategic provider of Marketing Solutions and Creative Content Production for brands and companies with a global presence. We are seeking a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) creative professional with proven experience in quality control and assurance to effectively manage the Service Delivery of contracted deliverables and commitments for marketing and content production services. This role is crucial for maintaining stringent quality standards throughout all project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and enhancing overall client experience. Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do:

• Managing creative project managers and marketing account managers.

• Ensure a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.

• Oversee the delivery of all client projects and marketing accounts, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.

• Manage long-term client relationships and issue resolution.

• Develop and implement project delivery frameworks and methodologies that enhance workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality of managed processes, and client deliverables.

• Monitor and manage project budgets

• Manage project talent resources to achieve objectives, resolve conflicts, and fulfil agreed commitments.

• Propose best practices to make the Service Delivery more efficient.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in similar roles within agencies, specifically managing multiple clients across different regions.

• Strong leadership skills of creative talent

• Extreme attention to detail

• Technical skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance of projects.

• Proficient in using collaborative management platforms.

• Good communication and can-do attitude. No drama!
