Brand Monitoring and Marketing Analyst

The Brand Monitoring and Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing comprehensive brand monitoring strategies, conducting digital audits, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to enhance our clients' digital marketing efforts. This role involves real-time tracking of brand mentions, assessing digital marketing performance, and generating detailed reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, a passion for brand protection, and the ability to present complex data and insights in an understandable and actionable manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Monitoring:

  • Track brand mentions across social media, news sites, blogs, forums, and other platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze sentiment related to the brand to gauge public perception.

  • Identify potential threats to the brand, including unauthorized use of brand assets and negative publicity.

Digital Audits:

  • Perform in-depth audits of clients' digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website performance.

  • Assess clients' use of digital tools, platforms, and technologies.

  • Market & industry research

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data from various digital marketing channels to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations for optimization.

SEO and SEM Analysis:

  • Evaluate clients' search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, including keyword usage, on-page and off-page SEO, and backlink profiles.

Social Media Review:

  • Analyze social media strategies and performance across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Website Performance Evaluation:

  • Analyze website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Identify technical issues, user experience (UX) challenges, and areas for website optimization.

Content Marketing Review:

  • Evaluate content quality, relevance, and performance across various digital channels.

  • Provide recommendations for content improvements and new content opportunities.

Influencer and Key People Monitoring:

  • Track mentions and activities of key influencers and public figures related to the brand.

  • Analyze the impact of influencer mentions on brand perception and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand monitoring, or a related field.

    • Fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish

    • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google marketing suite, Ubersuggest, etc., Hootsuite) and brand monitoring tools (e.g., Brand 24, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, BuzzSumo) is preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in using digital marketing and monitoring tools.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
